“The Science of Brewing” by Allan Rice and Sarah Thackray from Atom Beers.
We will talk about the science of the brewing process and how we are currently working with Dr Jay Wadhawan from Hull University and his Science Without Borders student from Brazil to investigate the complexity behind the flavours of beer.

Doors open 7.15pm.  Tickets are free and can be pre-booked by phone or on-line with  City  Screen  (0871 902 5726)

Alternatively tickets are available on the night of the event at the City Screen Ticket Desk – limited to 70 for each event.
