Geoff Blackwell, ARPS, presents an informative, entertaining and amusing talk examining the ways in which photography has been used and abused by postage stamp designers and postal authorities around the world. Using numerous illustrations and anecdotes, this talk draws attention to examples ranging from the historically accurate to the greatly distorted and from the amusing to the tragic.
